There are four teachers in a student life. The first and foremost one is the nature; the second is the society and the third and forth are parents and teachers respectively. These are four pillars in a student’s life for paramount success. A child after birth is like clay in the potter’s hand. Just as a potter gives a desired shape using clay in his hands, so does a child become what their parents and teachers desire to be.

Let’s not forget this famous saying written in bold in most primary institution in India “nature is our real wealth, you one’s home is the first school and god gives life, but an ideal teacher leads a child on the right path in life. It is true that it is a teacher who guides and shapers personality in child. Now a teacher’s responsibility does not end with mere teaching the child math, literature or science, but his true responsibility lies in moulding and re-moulding a child’s life towards perfection.

A child often scans his teacher as a role model and adopts himself to his teacher’s style. It is under skillful tutoring of the teacher that flourishes and blooms. We should not forge “a teacher leads to a well developed level of wit an culture for promising tomorrow. So it is obvious that education is one of the greatest services provided by teacher that is vital for anything. So just teaching should not be the teacher’s profession, it should be passion.

Every adult that has a child needs to understand the importance of parent involvement in education too. The affects of parent involvement extend far beyond the walls of the classroom.  The more the parents get involved with a child’s life the better is powerful achievement. Parents should understand that “the home is the first and most important school for child to stands or it is a tool where a student gets involved to be more mature himself. No doubt, those successful students come from homes where the parent provides structure, support and guidance.

Moral & ethics are probably the most important ingredients in a student’s life, which are very inspired by parents. It helps a child to be a good & responsible citizen for the country. Effective parents emerge themselves as allies in discovery of the inner aptitude of their child.  They offer input, ideas and suggests but do not always try to control the direction or goals. Wise parents remember their own experience and realize that life is not a straight line. As they mean, so they learn and can change their direction. Therefore, parents have to play an important role in children’s life to shape their destiny to have a healthy, wealthy and affluent nation.
